N.V. Chiarli Modena Premium Lambrusco (Italy / Emilia-Romagna / Lambrusco / Sparkling Red)

$16.00
Sold Out

This refreshing sparkling ruby red Lambrusco has tart and creamy red fruit, medium weight and a nice dry finish in the brut range. The wine is made through a single fermentation under pressure, rather than the normal double-fermentation process of other traditional-method sparkling wines. It has a delicate mousse of small bubbles and a low alcohol content of 11%, making it a nice and easy summer drink, and a perfect match for something like an Italian olive cake. Chiarli Vecchia Modena won the first international recognition by a Lambrusco wine at the World Expo in Paris in 1900.
