Made with a multi-mix of flours including millet, oat, light rye, barley, whole wheat, and oat. Rather than pumpkin, we fold roasted, deeply caramelized yam purée into the batter and season it with classic pumpkin pie spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, and black pepper). It’s incredibly moist with a dense crumb and finished with a lightly sweetened honey cream cheese frosting. This quick bread slices into a generous 6 pieces.
Made with a blend of whole wheat and all-purpose flour, spiced with cinnamon, clove, and ginger, and dipped in ginger sugar. They're soft, crisp, and chewy with rich molasses aromas that will instantly remind you of the upcoming holidays.
Our croissant dough twisted into batons and rolled in a mixture of parmesan and romano cheese with a hint of cayenne pepper. Crispy, cheesy goodness on the outside with a tender, buttery inside. So Good!
A Bakeshop staple and one of our most popular items! Our classic croissant is sliced open, brushed with house-made orange blossom vanilla bean syrup, and filled with frangipane. We spread more frangipane over the top and sprinkle it with sliced almonds before baking it again and topping it with plenty of powdered sugar. The result is a sweet and crisp outer layer with a nutty, custardy center.
Our signature sticky bun, made with buttery croissant dough, cinnamon, and brown sugar that makes a deep, rich caramel sauce that coats each bun when they’re turned out of their pan. Crispy, caramelized, buttery, tender, flaky goodness!
