In honor of berry season, for 4th of July week, we are making a Trio of Small Pies: Strawberry Lattice Pie, Marionberry Double Crust and a Blueberry Galette. Each pie fits in your palm, sized for individual portions or shared. Each trio contains one of each pie:
Strawberry Lattice: A strawberry purist’s delight! Sweet strawberries are the star of this pie, with a gorgeous, crackly lattice top that is an absolute stunner.
Marionberry Double-Crust: The heart of Oregon berry season, in pie form! Juicy, sweet-tart Oregon Marionberries are heaped into our signature pie dough, then topped with a second pie crust and baked until golden for a truly special, traditional berry pie.
Blueberry Galette: Fresh blueberries are tossed in a Marionberry syrup, tucked into our pie dough, and baked until jammy. We top ours with fresh blueberries after baking to give them an extra burst of flavor.
