Our Irish Soda Bread is made with generous amounts of whole grains: oat, spelt, and house-milled Sonora soft wheat. It’s lightly spiced with caraway, cardamom, and poppy seeds and lightly sweetened with dried fruit compote; currants, figs, sour cherries, and candied lemon zest.
