Made with freshly milled in-house Hard Red Spring Wheat from Camas Country Mill, sweet apples from Kiyokawa Family Orchards caramelized in butter, brown sugar, and vanilla bean paste, with almond paste, olive oil, and a touch of whiskey for a tender crumb on this delicious upside-down cake.
Six pieces total, two different flavors! In each order, you’ll receive three pieces of brandied dried fruit rugelach, and three pieces of chocolate pecan rugelach in a tender and flaky cream cheese dough made with a special blend of barley and white flour.
