Flaky, all-butter pie dough is filled with seasonal fruit, folded into a half-moon and brushed with egg wash. A finishing dusting with cane sugar before baking results in a gorgeous crackly crust. These are such a hit and are inspired by Kim’s childhood appreciation for Hostess hand pies.
