This year we are offering a selection of our pastries in addition to frozen take-and-bake items for your celebrations!
Preorders are open until Wednesday 5/6 at 11am.
These items will be available for pickup Friday 5/8, Saturday 5/9, and Sunday 5/10, between 8am and 1pm.
House-made quiche filled with snap peas, spring onions, a touch of goat cheese, and topped with swiss.
A crustless cheesecake cooked at a high temperature, creating an addictive crumbly cheese crust, a dark caramelized top, and a sweet, creamy center.
Please note, as of January 1, 2026 our cheesecake is slightly smaller than previous, and still serves 6-8.
House-made quiche filled with ham and Fontal cheese.
Our incredibly flaky old fashioned pie dough filled with raspberries and rhubarb that have been tossed in homemade jam and a dash of cinnamon sugar. Topped with a buckwheat streusel and baked until bubbly and the crust is caramelized.
A Bakeshop staple, the Maple Scone is one of our most popular items - now in take-and-bake form! Our Maple Scones are made with barley, whole wheat, and dark rye flours for texture and malty flavor. We provide a side of our homemade Maple Glaze for you to brush on after baking.
Six of our chocolate croissants, frozen and ready for your home oven! These are filled with chocolate batons made just for us by our friends at Woodblock Chocolate. They come with proof and bake instructions.
A Bakeshop staple, the Figgy Buckwheat is one of our most popular items. We thinly spread a house-made fig butter on top of lightly sweetened buckwheat dough, roll it up into a log, and slice it into a spiral to bake. It's almost more savory than sweet, crisper at the edges and softer towards the middle.
