Our incredibly flaky old fashioned pie dough filled with peaches, rhubarb and berries that have been tossed in homemade jam and a dash of cinnamon sugar with a lattice top crust. Baked until bubbly and the crust is caramelized.
A crustless cheesecake cooked at a high temperature, creating an addictive crumbly cheese crust, a dark caramelized top, and a sweet, creamy center.
Please note, as of January 1, 2026 our cheesecake is slightly smaller than previous, and still serves 6-8.
Key lime pie with homemade graham cracker crust and whipped cream, served on the side. Bright in color, tart in flavor, and a silky smooth custard. Serves 6-8.
Scented with allspice and laced with shreds of carrots, this cake strikes the balance between sweetness and spice. The mascarpone cream frosting lends a creamy sweetness, while the spelt flour and oat bran lend an earthy flavor. Can be cut into 6 generous slices.
