Our incredibly flaky old fashioned pie dough filled with raspberries and rhubarb that have been tossed in homemade jam and a dash of cinnamon sugar. Topped with a buckwheat streusel and baked until bubbly and the crust is caramelized.
A crustless cheesecake cooked at a high temperature, creating an addictive crumbly cheese crust, a dark caramelized top, and a sweet, creamy center.

House-made quiche filled with Fra’Mani ham and Fontal cheese.
Scented with allspice and laced with shreds of carrots, this cake strikes the balance between sweetness and spice. The cream cheese frosting lends a creamy sweetness, while the spelt flour and oat bran lend an earthy flavor. Can be cut into 6 generous slices.
